Space TIS FZE LLC (SpaceTIS-UAE) is a UAE-registered company with its main office located at the Sharjah Business Centre in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. SpaceTIS-UAE is a UAE Federal contractor/supplier and collaborates with multiple institutions and partners across Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Sharjah to support the UAE's terrestrial and space ambitions. We receive substantial support from several governmental bodies, including the UAE Space Agency, the UAE Space Economic Zone, and the Mohammed Bin Rashid Innovation Fund, among others. Our team has successfully developed prototypes of innovative drones (UAVs) for both military and civilian applications. Additionally, we are working on a variety of advanced technologies within the UAE, including Mission Control and Ground Segment Operations. Our commitment to innovation and collaboration positions SpaceTIS-UAE as a key player in advancing the UAE's technological and aerospace sectors.
SpaceTIS-Lux SARL (SpaceTIS-Lux) is registered in Luxembourg and it is currently located in Rumelange. SpaceTIS-Lux is our current European headquarter. We are currently working on an innovative solar thermal thruster system and an innovative rover for mining on the Moon without excavation. We are continuously seeking collaborations, partnerships, and funding opportunities with various institutions across Europe, including the European Space Agency (ESA), the European Investment Bank (EIB), the European Union (EU), as well as numerous governmental and private entities. SpaceTIS-KSA is registered with the Royal Commission of Al-Ula and NEOM. SpaceTIS-KSA is supporting Saudi Arabia's terrestrial and space ambitions with its partners and collaborators. SpaceTIS-KSA selected the astronomical Observatory site for the Royal Commission of Al-Ula and we are moving with the second phase of this mission which is to build the observatory telescope. SpaceTIS is also currently working with multiple people at the Saudi Space Agency and the Communication Space & Technology Commission in Saudi Arabia to develop small satellites for Saudi Arabia.
SpaceTIS-West Africa & Nigeria is registered in Nigeria and its offices are located within the NASRDA (the Nigerian Space Agency) premises. Dynamic teams of Engineers and Scientists are supporting the Nigerian space ambitions as well as the entire African continent's space program and ambitions. SpaceTIS-Nigeria signed agreements with NASRDA to develop multiple technologies for Nigeria including Earth Observation satellites, Synthetic Aperture Radar satellites, drones for military and civilian applications, rover, launch systems and sites, and multiple more.
SpaceTIS Innovations & Technologies India Private Limited (SpaceTIS-India) is incorporated in India (PAN is ABOCS9612G, TAN is DELS11133K, DIN 10893838). SpaceTIS-India has 3 divisions: 1) Ground-based and Space-based Radio and other Instruments, 2) Space Medicine and Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Division, and 3) Launch System Development Division collaborating with various SpaceTIS entities, especially engineers at the US-based to continue the development and testing of our innovative and reusable launch system designed for: i) space tourism, ii) launching astronauts into space, and iii) deploying spacecraft into their desired orbits. Dynamic teams of Engineers and Scientists intend to work with ISRO, DRDO, DIPAS, and many more agencies in India and Southeast Asia to support their goals and ambitions.
SpaceTIS-East Africa operates under the umbrella of SpaceTIS-USA and its headquarter is located in Arusha, Tanzania. Its offices and laboratories are located at the Nelson Mandela African Institute of Science and Technology and at Arusha Technical College. SpaceTIS-East Africa focus on multiple areas in collaboration with all other SpaceTIS entities across the US, Europe, West Africa, the Middle East, and Asia. The primary areas of focus are as follow: 1) Exploration of oils, gas, water, mineral resources, and other valuable resources in East Africa, 2) Development of CubeSats, Nanosatellites, PicoSats, and small satellites for Earth, Planetary, and Space applications, along with innovative components/instrument for these satellites, 3) Geospatial Information System (GIS) Technologies and services, including GIS and Remote Sensing, Data, and satellite imaging Services, 4) Assembly and integration of UAVs (drones) for various applications
